Passed away peacefully on Saturday January 25, 2014 with her husband Edward by her side at Anna Laberge Hospital, age 80. Beloved wife of Edward for over 55 years, adored mother of Michael, Julia and Angela, loving grandmother to Robert (Alana), Mark and James. Anita will also be dearly missed by her best friends, loving cousins, and numerous friends.Visitation will be held on Thursday January 30, between 2 pm and 5 pm at the funeral parlor. A ceremony will follow in the chapel at 5pm.The family would like to thank the staff, nurses and doctors from the Anna-Laberge Hospital who provided their care and support to Anita.In lieu of flowers, donations to the Anna Laberge Hospital Foundation (200 boul. Brisebois, Chateauguay) would be greatly appreciated.
