MARION FRANCHETTO, Anna Maria

It is with great sorrow and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Anna on Saturday September 16th, at the Montreal Neurological Institute and Hospital. Anna was the beloved wife and best friend of Enzo and loving mother and mother-in law of Barbara Franchetto and David Klebanoff, Giuliano Franchetto and Denis Franchetto. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Teresa and Policarpo Quagliotto, Luigi and Flaviana Marion, Gabriella and Giancarlo Gobbato, and Lucia Milan. Devoted Nonna of Zachary, Max, Quentin, Benjamin and Molly. Adored aunt of Roberto, Rita and Maria Rosa.
Anna’s energy knew no bounds. She was a fabulous cook, avid gardener, and meticulous seamstress and knitter. There was absolutely nothing her hands could not master. Her legacy will be the love she held so dearly for her family. She will be deeply missed but never, ever forgotten.
Visitations will take place on Friday, September 22nd from 2-5:30 p.m. followed by a memorial service in the chapel. Light refreshments will be available from 6-8 p.m. at:
