Ms. Winona Diabo (nee Phillips) passed away peacefully on April 26, 2018, surrounded by her family.
She joins her husband Richard Diabo, and many pre-deceased beloved family members of her family. She was an amazingly strong woman and dearest Mama to Marie (John), Louie John (Lindsay) and Katie (Lewis); To:ta to her grandchildren Jeffrey (Kwaronienhawi), Jay (Lindsay), Autumn (River), Aaron, Derian, Lauren, Shaelyn, James, Honnie, and great grandchildren Niiohenta’a, Iakoieshòn:ne, Kenni, Rashontanòhstha, Rotkwenionhatie and Tewentahròhos. Beloved Geezie to her sister Suzanne, nieces, nephews and friends.

on Sunday, April 29, from 3 to 6 p.m. for family and close friends, general visitation from 6 to 10 p.m. and also on Monday, April 30, beginning at 9 a.m. with service at 12 p.m. in the Chapel of the parlor.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Kahnawake Minor Hockey Association. Thank you to KMHC Nursing staff and inpatient department for all the love you have shown her and support you have given.
