MONETTE, Arthur Paul

With great sadness we announce the passing of Arthur Paul, son of the late Alma Lagrandeur and Albert James Monette (Phyllis). Born in Toronto, in 1940, he was the loving and devoted husband of Màiri – Francisca for 54 years. He was the proud father of Sherryl (Kevin Wilson), Paula (Gregory Bennett) and Heather and loving Grampa to his cherished grandchildren, Quinten and Callum Bennett, and Gwenyth and Evelynn Fuller. He was older brother to Jim (deceased), Betty, Grant (Elizabeth) and Marc-Henri (deceased). He will be missed by his family, special friends and many acquaintances.
The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at the CHSLD Centre d`hébergement Champlain-de-Châteauguay, who cared for Paul in his final months.
As requested by Paul, there will be no visitation. The family will accept condolences at the church at 10 am, prior to the funeral mass which will be held at 11 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help church, 295 McLeod, Chateauguay, Quebec, on Saturday, September 5th.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish or the Anna Laberge Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
