It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Hugues (Johnny) Duranceau on March 28, 2021. Hugues was born January 1, 1942 to Jules Duranceau and Marie-Ange Dallaire.

 

He is survived by his loving wife Dianne Moore, proud father of Michael (Sherry) and Natalie (Alan). He will be missed by his cherished grandchildren Emily, Mia, Michael, Jessica and Thomas.

 

Hugues leaves behind his sister Nicole (Jean-Guy) and Danielle (the late François). He will be reunited with his brother and best friend Serge (Mary) who left us on September 13, 1995.

 

Due to the pandemic, a ceremony will be held on a later date at the Christ-Roi Cemetery in Châteauguay.

 

In lieu of flowers a donation to the Heart & Stroke foundation would be appreciated.
