After a long battle with Alzheimer’s, in her 89th year, at Kateri Memorial Hospital with her family by her side. Loving wife of the late Phil Chartrand.
Cherished mother of Lee Ann, Sharon and Lise. Grandmother of Eric, Clayton, Lyndsay, Natascha and Sonny. Great-grandmother of five. Also known as “Mrs. C”. Mom lived her life in Chateauguay, surrounded by many friends and animals. Her addictive smile and her huge heart, she was loved by all. She loved and enjoyed life.
Visitation at Alexandre Nicole Funeral Complex. 96 boul. St-Jean Baptiste, Chateauguay, on Thursday August 11 from 3 to 7PM, followed by reception in the hall to 9PM.
A special gratitude to all the caregivers, nurses and doctors at Kateri Memorial Hospital for the loving care given to Mom for the past 5 years.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Alzheimer’s Society of Canada, an animal shelter of your choice or the Kateri Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
