DIAMOND, Thomas Roderick Arthur
November 17th, 1930 – September 11th, 2021
Tom passed away on Saturday September 11th, 2021 at the age of 90 years with his loved ones by his side. Tom was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, who worked 45 years for Northern Telecom (Nortel). He was also active in the Châteauguay Sports Community for many years. Tom is survived by his wife Teresa (Sanjuliani), his five children, Tommy, Donna (Robert Molnar), Gail (Michael Cox), Gary and Kimberly (Giovanni Bono). Grandfather to Tommy, Sarah, Adam, Melanie, Joey, Roddy, Christina, Hayden, Hanna, Brigida, Millenna, Jaro-Antonio and Tomassimo, Great-grandfather to Blake, Scout and baby Tommy; as well as sister-in-law, Micheline Desforges.
Tom cherished most of all the time spent with his family and his role as The World’s Best Grandpa. He was a loving, caring man and he will be missed by all.
Visitations will be held at the Alexandre Nicole Funeral Complex on Monday, October 4th, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm and Tuesday October 5th, from 11:00 to 11:30, followed by a private ceremony.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
